Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, registering on, or using the Yelddora platform — including the website (www.yelddora.com), mobile application, or any associated services — you (“User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yelddora (a proprietorship firm registered in Tamil Nadu, India). By clicking “I Agree,” completing registration, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users — including free members, paid members, competition participants, guests, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.
About Yelddora
Yelddora is an age-tech entertainment and community platform dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals aged 50 and above. Our platform offers:
- Entertainment Programmes: Curated online events, performances, and activities designed for seniors
- Interactive Online Events: Live and recorded virtual sessions across music, culture, wellness, and community
- Annual Singing Competition: A flagship talent event open to all registered users aged 50+, with prizes and membership rewards
- Membership Services: Free and premium tiers providing access to platform content and events
Our registered office is at No. 117 Agaram Main Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600073, India.
User Eligibility
To use Yelddora’s platform and services, you must:
- Be aged 50 years or above to participate as a member or competition participant
- Be a resident of India or an Indian citizen abroad
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law
Family members or caregivers below the age of 50 may register on behalf of an eligible senior with their explicit consent. Yelddora reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.
User Accounts
When you register on Yelddora, you create a personal account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised or not
- Immediately notifying Yelddora at info@yelddora.com of any unauthorised use of your account
- Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date
Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with another individual. Yelddora reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Never share your password with anyone, including Yelddora staff. We will never ask for your password via email, phone, or message.

Membership benefits, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Yelddora will notify existing members of material changes with at least 14 days’ prior notice via registered email.
Annual Singing Competition
- Eligibility: Open to registered Yelddora users aged 50 and above only
- Participation: Participants must register during the open registration window. Late entries will not be accepted
- Submissions: All audio/video submissions must be original performances. Pre-recorded professional content, AI-generated voices, or third-party submissions are strictly prohibited
- Content Standards: Submissions must be free of copyrighted music (unless covered under fair use), abusive language, or content that is offensive or discriminatory
- Judging: Decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding
- Prize: Winners receive a 1-year complimentary premium membership. This prize is non-transferable and non-encashable
- Content Rights: By submitting a performance, participants grant Yelddora a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish, and promote the submission across its platforms and marketing channels
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Yelddora platform to:
- Post, share, or upload content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to any individual or group
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users, especially in community or event spaces
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or age
- Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content to other users
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without written consent
- Use the platform for any unlawful activity under Indian law
Yelddora reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these standards, without prior notice or refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Yelddora platform — including the brand name, logo, tagline (“Your Simplified Senior Circle”), website design, text, graphics, videos, event content, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of Yelddora and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Yelddora content without prior written permission from the Proprietor.
User-generated content remains your property. However, by submitting content on the platform, you grant Yelddora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote such content in connection with Yelddora’s services.
Disclaimers
The Yelddora platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Yelddora makes no warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to uninterrupted or error-free access, accuracy of content, or suitability of any event or programme for a specific user’s circumstances.
Yelddora is an entertainment and community platform and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or health advice of any kind. Users are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for any such matters.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Yelddora and its Proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, interruption of services, or events that are cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Yelddora’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to Yelddora in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
Account Termination
Yelddora may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms, if your account is found to be fraudulent, or if Yelddora discontinues the platform or any of its services.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to info@yelddora.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, conducted in English.
Subject to the above, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
Yelddora reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post updated Terms with a revised Effective Date, notify registered users via email at least 14 days before changes take effect, and display a prominent banner on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
